Orders are photographed before collection and, unless requested otherwise, these and any customer-shared photographs may be used on our website and social media. All branding, logos, videos, tutorials, guides, photography and website content remain the intellectual property of Type B Bride. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings involving threatening, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, and are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Photography, IP, refusal of service & governing law
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Type B Bride cannot accept responsibility for deterioration occurring after collection or due to incorrect handling, transport, storage or venue conditions.
15. Limitation of liability
Any concerns regarding flower condition at collection must be reported within 6 hours, with photographs. Claims cannot be accepted where flowers have been incorrectly transported, stored or cared for after collection.

Every order is quality checked before collection. If any quality concerns arise, Type B Bride will make every reasonable effort to source suitable seasonal replacements.

The £99 booking deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs more than 8 weeks before the wedding, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. Within 8 weeks of the wedding, no refund is available.

Changes may be possible before flowers are purchased but cannot be guaranteed; requests made within eight weeks of the wedding may not be possible.
11. Changes to orders
Flowers are natural, seasonal products. Every order is personally selected based on seasonality, freshness, quality, colour palette and overall design style. Customers purchase a professionally curated seasonal collection created using our expertise and creative judgement. Specific flowers cannot be requested, reserved or guaranteed, and every collection will differ depending on what is naturally available during your wedding week. Website and social media images are inspiration only, representing overall style and palette rather than the exact flowers you will receive. Type B Bride reserves full creative discretion, and no refunds are offered because particular varieties are unavailable.
5. Seasonal flowers & creative selection
Flowers are natural agricultural products. By booking you acknowledge that colours and bloom sizes vary, some flowers open in tighter bud, flowers continue opening after collection, and minor bruising, blemishes and a small amount of natural wastage are normal. These do not constitute faults. Type B Bride guarantees the overall freshness and quality of the collection, not the perfection of every individual stem.

Every order includes detailed flower care instructions, which customers are responsible for following after collection. Type B Bride cannot accept responsibility for flowers that deteriorate due to incorrect care, handling or storage after collection.
Access to the exclusive tutorials and digital resources is provided once your £99 deposit is received, via a password-protected area of the website, and should be viewed before collection. Access is licensed for your personal use for your own wedding only and is non-transferable. You agree not to share login details outside your wedding party; copy, redistribute, screen-record or download the tutorials; upload them anywhere; distribute them to third parties; or use them commercially. You are responsible for a reliable connection, a compatible device, and access to your booking email. Please notify us promptly of any access difficulties. Access remains available until 30 days after your wedding date, and may be withdrawn immediately if your booking is cancelled. All digital resources remain the intellectual property of Type B Bride.

9. Collection
Flowers are available for collection only, from SK8 (the full address is provided after booking and confirmed approximately 2–4 weeks before collection), or another location agreed in writing beforehand. For privacy and security, the exact address is shared only once collection arrangements are confirmed. Collection dates and times are agreed in advance, and customers are responsible for collecting at the agreed time.
Before collection, Type B Bride will inspect and photograph every order and ensure it is prepared correctly. The customer or their nominated collector (who need not be the bride) inspects the flowers and signs the Collection & Care Form confirming receipt, that the order has been checked, that care instructions have been received, and that responsibility has transferred. Once signed, responsibility transfers to the collector, and Type B Bride cannot accept responsibility for damage, deterioration, transport issues or losses after collection.
10. Collection & transfer of responsibility
All prices are shown in GBP and are based on current wholesale flower market prices. In the unlikely event of exceptional increases in wholesale costs before flowers are purchased, Type B Bride reserves the right to discuss suitable alternatives or revised pricing before proceeding.
4. Prices
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings placed with Type B Bride. By paying your £99 non-refundable booking deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, including the licence to use the Type B Bride video tutorials and digital resources.

Type B Bride provides professionally curated DIY wedding flower collections for couples who wish to arrange their own wedding flowers using carefully selected seasonal blooms. We do not provide bespoke florist consultations or guarantee individual flower varieties; customers purchase a professionally curated seasonal collection created using our expertise and creative judgement.
A booking is confirmed once it has been accepted by Type B Bride and the £99 non-refundable booking deposit has been paid. On receipt of the deposit you will receive immediate access to the exclusive online video tutorials and digital resources; by paying you request and consent to this immediate access before your balance is due, and acknowledge that these resources form part of the value of your deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding date. If the balance is not received by the due date, Type B Bride reserves the right to suspend tutorial access, cancel your booking and retain the deposit. Flowers are generally purchased approximately three days before collection to allow time for quality checks, conditioning and hydration.
